Registration Details:

 

Sports Offered: Boys Basketball(Grades 1–8), Girls Basketball(Grades 1–8), Cheerleading(Grades 1–8)

Registration Deadline: October 10, 2025, 11:59pm

Please note: The registration deadline for new cheerleaders only is September 26, 2025, 11:59pm. We will not be accepting registrations for new cheerleaders after this date. Cheer uniforms are ordered individually and must be submitted by this date to be delivered by Media Day.

Registration Fees

 

You may notice that registration fees have increased this year. The reason for this is twofold:

  1. CYO has increased their registration fees.
  2. We plan to hire staff for the gym on host weekends. This includes a site director and scorers.

Important Steps

Registration: Please complete registration in full. This means registering online, submitting payment, filling out all required waivers/forms, and uploading a current physical (if expired). Physicals must be current in Final Forms before the season begins—no exceptions. Players without a valid physical will not be permitted to participate. Any registration after October 10 will incur a $50 late fee.

Uniform Sizing: Uniform sizes are collected directly in Final Forms. Be sure to complete that section of registration so the correct size is organized for your athlete.

Please note: Basketball uniforms for Grades 3–8 run a size large. Keep this in mind when entering your child’s size.

 

Important Dates

 

Basketball Uniform Handout Night(no cheer): Coaches will provide this information.

 

Uniforms will be distributed at this event. Attendance is required.

A $100 uniform security deposit (check only) will be required at pick-up. This deposit check will be destroyed if the uniform is returned by March 11, 2026. Checks will be cashed the next day if your athlete's uniform has not been returned to the CYO uniform tote in the school vestibule in a bag with the athletes name on it by the 11th. We are instituting this policy due to ongoing challenges with uniforms not being returned.

 

Media Day: Coaches will provide this information.  Athletes should attend in full uniform for photos. *more details to come*

 

 

Key Reminders

Complete registration by October 10, 2025(deadline for new cheerleaders is 9/26, no exceptions) to secure your child’s spot.

Double-check that uniform sizing is filled out in Final Forms.

Bring a $100 uniform deposit check for uniform pick-up.
