Please note that the amount of parent commitment will be less than $7,600 as long as you apply for scholarships.
 
EdChoice - If you are currently on the EdChoice Scholarship, please complete the renewal process. If you are not currently receiving the scholarship, please complete a request form. Review the eligibility requirements for EdChoice Traditional before choosing between Traditional and Expansion.
Every family is recommended to apply.

The St. Francis deadline for applying for this scholarship is May 15, 2026 in order to have all scholarship information in Digital Academy by August 15, 2026.

 

Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship - provides scholarships to students who are eligible to attend kindergarten through twelfth grade and have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

St. Francis of Assisi Angel Scholarship Fund - Please complete one application per student through the online form or scan the QR code below. Every family is recommended to apply. An application must be filed for each student, not by family. Be sure the correct St Francis School is picked – “St Francis of Assisi School – Gates Mills.” The St. Francis deadline for applying for this scholarship is May 15, 2026.

Fund A Dream - provides $2,500 scholarships to offset the cost of tuition for families who want to keep the dream alive for Catholic education. Please come to the office for an attestation form. The school submits an application on your behalf. Deadline: March 15, 2026

DTA (Diocesan Tuition Assistance) - Apply for DTA through FACTS Grant & Aid. https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. FACTS charges a fee to complete the application. Deadline: March 15, 2026.

There are also specialized scholarships available through the Diocese of Cleveland.

Scholarships will be applied in Digital Academy, and your actual parent commitment amount will be communicated to you by August 15, 2026.

The following scholarships have special requirements and are subject to change from year to year. Please see the guidelines on the individual applications for the most current information.

Bishop’s Scholarship for Excellence - Awards up to $1,200 to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students who are the winners of an essay contest in DTA participating schools within the Diocese of Cleveland. Deadline March 15, 2026

M. Thomas Moore Elementary Scholarship - Awards four $500 scholarships each academic year to four elementary students in the Diocese of Cleveland. Deadline March 15, 2026
